• Digital marketing education through Digital Chamber

Services may evolve over time as digital platforms and technologies develop.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts.

Users retain ownership of their original music and content. By submitting content to TellyTune, users grant us the necessary rights to:

• Distribute content to digital platforms
• Manage rights and claims through Content ID systems
• Monetize eligible content across supported services

Users confirm that they possess all necessary rights and licenses for submitted content.

Users agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
• Contains unlicensed samples or unauthorized covers
• Promotes illegal activities or harmful behavior
• Violates platform guidelines of streaming services

Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal of content.

Where applicable, revenue generated from digital platforms will be processed and distributed according to service agreements. TellyTune is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by digital platforms
• Platform-specific royalty calculations
• Payment processing delays beyond our control

TellyTune reserves the right to:

• Modify services
• Update features
• Suspend or discontinue services

Such changes may occur due to technological or regulatory developments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TellyTune shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Platform-level removal or restrictions imposed by third parties

Certain distribution companies similarly limit liability for platform actions beyond their control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Upload unauthorized or infringing content

Users may also terminate their accounts subject to contractual obligations.
